Reddo was founded 13 years ago with a vision of creating a better quality workforce within social care settings. Reddo has innovated and adapted to an ever changing work environment. We work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, police and charities to increase the quality of people’s lives.

Sophie founded Reddo in 2010. With over 20 years of experience working within the health and social care sector. Sophie has a passion for helping others overcome obstacles, and helping people to see a vision beyond their current difficulties.

Strategic Director

Georges has experience working in strategic and analytical roles, in small companies and larger financial institutions.  Georges grew up in the middle of a civil war and has seen the impacts of environmental trauma and stress within his own childhood.

Office Manager / Therapeutic lead

Anusha has over 20 years experience working within charities and the public sector. Anusha has held various positions working in counselling, leadership, meditation and teaching.  Anusha uses her empathetic nature to work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for all children.
